We direct you to prepare and send to this Board an Account of what Moneys have been received weekly by the Treasurer of the Navy for the Recalls, since you informed us that you could pay away about twelve thousand pounds a week, how much thereof has been paid in each week, and what is now remaining in cash on that account.
