You have informed us that the new sixth rate Ship building by Mr Barrett at Shoreham, which we have named the FALCON, will be ready to launch on the 28th of this month. We direct you to cause her to be launched accordingly, fitted out for service in the Channel, manned with her highest complement of Men, and victualled for three months with all possible dispatch.
