A letter concerning the underpayment in the Accounts of the Marine Regiments made up to the 17th February 1692, and directing the balance due to be paid to the Earl of Pembroke, then Colonel of the Regiments.
The Treasury Commissioners direct that you make a Bill for this amount accordingly, to be paid out of the Tallys and Orders on the new Duties on Vellum Parchment and Paper.
