In pursuance of her Majesty's Order in Council of today's date, we direct you to prepare and present to this Board, Estimates in due form, of the Charge of Wages, Victuals, Wear and Tear of thirty five thousand Men for thirteen Lunar months to serve in their Majesties' Fleet, commencing the first of January next.
