Her Majesty has been pleased to appoint the following salaries to be established on the Secretaries, Clerks and other Officers belonging to this Office (as per detailed List).
Direct you to cause this establishment to be placed in the Ordinary Charge of the Navy and inserted in the Estimates, and you are to sign Bills quarterly on the Treasurer of the Navy, according to the Course of your Office.
Warrant for payment of the salary of Josiah Burchett, appointed Secretary but at present with Admiral Russell in the Straights.
