Document signed by William Bridgeman, c.1646-1699, English civil servant and Secretary to the Admiralty between 1694 and 1698

The Navy Board are querying the two letters sent by the Admiralty Secretary concerning the date on which Henry D'Oyly was examined. The explanation given is that it was due to a mistake having been made by an Admiralty Clerk.
