Mark Wilson late Master of the CAMBRIDGE but now in the RUSSELL is being barred from receiving his wages for his time in the former as he is unable to produce a journal. Instructions are given for him to be paid for his service in the CAMBRIDGE provided there are no objections other than his inability to produce a journal; but he is not to be paid for his time in the RUSSELL until he has produced his journal for the CAMBRIDGE.
