The Clerk of the Cheque at Woolwich has reported that on carrying out a night muster of the various vessels listed here he has noted the absence of a number of Captains and Masters who were not on board when he called. The list contains the names of ten vessels. Orders are given for the officers found absent to be suspended and chequed out of wages and victuals until further notice.
