In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

The Board is apprised of the Rules to be followed concerning Marine Regiments. Detailed information is given governing a variety of aspects concerning pay for subsistence, the ranks which are to receive it and the rules governing mustering and the maintenance of servants. The numbers in each Company are to be as established. Clerks are to be paid for mustering Companies.
