Informing that Captain Wilshaw, a member of the Navy Board, has been ordered to go to Cadiz to supervise the refitting of HM Fleet based in the Straits. He is to be allowed five hundred pounds a year of which two hundred and eighty pounds is to be advanced to him now to cover extra expenses.
