In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Certain Officers are to be suspended. Four Captains are named as commanding various vessels including the TRUE LOVE and STAR Bomb vessels and the GREEN HOLLY and VIOLET Tenders to Machine vessels. Captains Fisher and Andrews are to be fined one week's wages. The fines are to be payed into the Chatham Chest and the suspensions are to be lifted as are the suspensions of Captain Ridshaw and Harwood.
