While Captain Frederic [Weghman] of the QUEEN has been sentenced to lose all his sea pay by being found wanting in his duties when at sea off Brest by a Court Martial presided over by Admiral Lord Berkeley in the Downs, an Order from HM the Queen requires that what was formerly due to him is to be restored to him.
