In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The LOYALTY at the Nore is under sailing orders but Captain Bokenham the Commander in Chief there has reported that the ship has no anchors, cables or sails fit for use. Her owners are to be ordered to provide her with what stores she needs and to see that she is made fit for service in the Channel immediately. A Master is also to be sent down to her.
