Document signed by William Bridgeman, c.1646-1699, English civil servant and Secretary to the Admiralty between 1694 and 1698

Instructions are given to cancel the absence of the servants of Lord Berkeley from the QUEEN; but they are not to be allowed victuals for their time (in that ship?). The names of eight men appear in the margin. An extract of a letter from the Captain of the JOSIAH in which he speaks of difficulties in indenting to the Storekeeper at Deptford is enclosed.
