In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commissioners for Victualling have advised that they are unable to provide further supplies from the existing Declarations and are to be given permission to commence supplying provisions from the Declaration for 1695. They are also to provide a further two hundred tuns of water for the force going to Jamaica.
