In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Ordering an express to be sent to Portsmouth to collect a list of men aboard ships bound for the West Indies who have wages due to them for service in any other of HM Ships. After checking the lists they are to be returned to Portsmouth with directions for the men to be paid.
