In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Clerk of the Cheque at Sheerness is to be instructed to record all Foremast Men belonging to the ROYAL KATHERINE who have missed reporting for three successive Musters without leave as having deserted; and requiring him to submit a list of the men who have been granted leave together with the names of the persons granting it and for how long; and finally to inform the Admiralty who has actually been recorded as having deserted.
