Giving directions for assembling a fleet of transports to convey the troops and officers destined for the Straits to Cadiz in January of next year where they are to be put aboard the Fleet under Admiral Russell. The Commissioners for Victualling are to be instructed to provide victuals at whole allowance for the passage.
