In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
No date recorded on the face but referred to the Navy Board on the 9th of October 1694. Petition of Roger Trender, Gunner of the CAPTAIN in which he states that he has served in various capacities in the Navy since 1662, including during the Dutch Wars aboard the FAIRFAX and in other ships including the GUERNSEY, SWEEPSTAKES and CAPTAIN now applies to be superannuated due to age and infirmities. Countersigned by William Bridgeman, Secretary to the Admiralty Board.
