1. The answer given by the Navy Board to Captain St Lo, concerning the paying of the Marines and the women in the fleet, is approved.
2. Information is required concerning the ten year old lad who is rated Sergeant of Marines, viz. to which regiment and company he belongs.
3. The estimate for the building of two new Fourth Rate Ships has been signed and is returned herewith.
