In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Commanders' and Officers' Servants of The ROYAL WILLIAM and the DUCHESS were discharged when these ships recently paid off at Chatham but were not re-entered because the Clerk of the Cheque refused to do so without an order to that effect.
