1. Around 30 Officers of the Marine Regiment are to be sent to the Straits with the Soldiers. Their victualling is to be reckoned as part of the Declaration for the Navy.
2. The 3rd Rate being built at Hull is to be victualled there for 4 months service with her highest complement of 490 men.
3. The Captain of the DRAKE, currently awaiting orders in the Downs, reports that he is without a Master. One is to be sent to join her there.
