In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
1. The number of Servants allowed to Flag Officers and Commanders is, as hitherto, 4 per 100 men in the ship's complement.
2. The complements of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Rate Ships are to be reduced by 4%.
