In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Further to the orders issued on September 25th, 1694, whereby three months dry provisions are to be provided for Admiral Russell's fleet, and dispatched around Christmas time, the provisions are to be delivered to Cadiz Bay, or wherever Admiral Russell directs. The Admiralty Board is to be notified when the Victualling Ships are ready to sail so that a convoy can be arranged.
