Richard Bull, Anthony Palmer, James Lewis, and John Goodwin, employed in the Portsmouth Ropeyard, having been brought to London in furtherance of their complaint against Robert Barnett, Master Ropemaker at Portsmouth until his recent dismissal, are to be paid their wages for the time they were away from the Yard.
