1. Acknowledging receipt of an estimate of the charge of buying and hiring Machine Vessels.

2. Approving the draft of a letter to be sent to Commissioner Timewell, instructing him to investigate the abuses complained of in the making of cordage at Portsmouth.

3. Enclosing a copy of a letter from Captain Dove of the SHEERNESS and requiring that the provisioning of the SHEERNESS and the SMIRNA MERCHANT be hastened.
