We direct you to cause the Wages due to Lieutenant John Austen for the time he served as Lieutenant in in the RUBY and SUSSEX to be paid, if there are no other objections than the want of his Journals and Captain's Certificate while serving in the RUBY, it being alleged they were lost when the SUSSEX foundered in the Mediterranean.
