By command of the Admiralty Commissioners I am sending the enclosed extract of a letter from Captain Coall of the DREADNOUGHT concerning his need of Slop Clothes for her Men. I desire you to enquire into this matter and give me an account for their Lordships information as to why the Ship has not been supplied with these.
