In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In pursuance of His Majesty's pleasure, signified by the Duke of Shrewsbury, we direct you to cause the several Bomb and Machine vessels which you were by our Orders of November 30th and December 6th directed to fit for Service in the Channel, to be now fitted out for a voyage to the Mediterranean and victualled with six months dry provisions and, as much as they can conveniently stow, of proper species for the voyage, and provided and fitted with all due diligence in readiness to sail by the time already fixed, or sooner if it may be.
