Captain Crow, Commander of the NORWICH, has informed us from the Downs that most of the Men turned over to her (who were sent from the Nore) have not received their Wages.
We are sending a Copy of his letter and direct you to pay the Men in the Downs before the Ship sails, which is ordered to Virginia at the first fair wind after the 15th of this month.
