In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

In pursuance of His Majesty's pleasure, signified to this Board by the Duke of Shrewsbury in letters of the 10th and 14th this month,we direct you give the following Orders viz;
Captain James Waller, Lieutenant Governor of Charles Fort near Kinsale, has been sent for upon a particular occasion, and then has returned to his Command in Ireland. He and his Servants are not to be prejudiced by their absence from time to time on the Musters of the Marine Regiment where he is Captain and Lord Berkeley is Colonel.
You are to provide three Ketches to attend the Bomb vessels instead of the Smacks ordered by our letter of the 30th November, it being considered they are not fit for this voyage at this season of the year.
