You have informed us that the new third Rate Ship building at Harwich will be ready to be launched the next Spring or the first in January at the latest. We have named her the YARMOUTH, and established with same number of Men and number of Guns as are allowed to the HOPE.
We direct you to cause her to be launched at the time aforesaid, and fitted out for Channel service, manned to her highest Complement of Men, and victualled for four months.
