In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Having ordered twenty Seamen belonging to the RUPERT's PRIZE to be discharged into the SAPHIRE at the Buoy of the Nore, which is ordered to cruise off St. Malo, we direct you to cause these Men to be paid the Wages due to them on the Ship's return to Spithead.
You are also to give orders that the new Ship of 80 Guns building at Bursledon should be built with three Decks, as the third Rate building in the Portsmouth Yard was ordered to be built.
You are to cause Mr Dore, Commander of the ISLE OF WIGHT Yacht, to have the same allowance of Wages as was paid to Captain Marshal, its former Commander.
