We direct you upon the arrival of the hired ship SMYRNA MERCHANT at the Buoy of the Nore ( where she is ordered) to cause a survey to be taken of her defects and report to this Board whether she should be employed any longer in their Majesties' service, and if so, how long will it take to refit her for Sea.
