In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You have informed us that the HAPPY RETURN Machine Vessel will require twelve Men to sail her.
We direct you to cause her to be established with that number of Men accordingly, and fitted and victualled for a voyage to the Mediterranean, in the same manner as ordered for other Machine Vessels going there.
We also direct you to give Orders for the CLEVELAND Yacht to take out the Main Mast of the Hulk at Deptford and set it again.
