We direct you to give Orders for building in the Sheerness Yard, in place of the recently launched QUEENBOROUGH, a new 5th Rate Ship of the same dimensions as the 5th Rates last built, as soon as other Works at the Yard allow, sending us an Estimate of the Charges of building and fitting her for Sea.
