Several Ships now building, mentioned overleaf, are intended to be part of the Main Fleet for the next Summer service.
We direct you to give Orders for entering Men to serve on board these Ships, and to victual them till they are launched.
You are to hire Tenders for manning these Ships according to what were allowed for the main Fleet Ships of their respective Rates last summer.
