You have informed us that the new 4th Rate building at Woolwich, which we have named the LINCOLN, will be ready for launching the first Spring in January next.
We direct she be launched as soon as convenient, and fitted for Channel service, manned with her highest Complement of Men, and victualled for four months with all dispatch.
