Richard Penny, Carpenter of the SWEEPSTAKES is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the FORESIGHT in place of the former removed. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 8 January 1695.
