The Lords of the Admiralty have received a letter from Admiral Russell about complaints concerning the 3rd rates, the contracted ships, that they are falling to pieces. You are also to make enquiry of the Commissioners of the Victualling whether they obliged the LAMB pink to go with or without convoy and their reason for this.
