In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Our Secretary sent you extracts of several letters about the want of provisions at Milford, and has today received a letter from the Commander of the LIZARD about being forced to lay at Milford harbour for want of victuals. You are directed to order the Commissioners of the Victualling to take care to supply Milford with provisions and to give this Board an account of why they have not taken care already.
