Thomas Wilkinson Boatswain of the REPORT prize is to be appointed Boatswain of the ASSISTANCE, in place of the former removed to the STERLING CASTLE. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 14 January 1695.
