By our order of 20 November 1694, you were directed to sign bills on the Treasurer of the Navy for pay due to Vice Admiral Aylmer, Rear Admiral Mitchell and Rear Admiral Nevill until Michaelmas last. The Flags of the Channel being ordered to be paid to 1 January, you are directed to pay them until this date accordingly.
