Henry Washington Getner of the DEFIANCE has petitioned this Board that since the ship is laid up, he and his servant may be admitted to serve aboard the QUEEN during the present expedition. You are directed to have him and his servant borne as victuals only on board the QUEEN during their time in her at sea, and as wages without victuals for the DEFIANCE.
