Your letter of 14 January advised us that the officers at Deptford consider that there is little difference in size between the OWNER'S ADVENTURE bomb vessel and the SOCIETY. You are therefore of the opinion that she should be allowed 30 men, the same as the SOCIETY. You are directed to establish her accordingly.
