Captain Edward Littlejohn is appointed to command the MONTAGUE at Portsmouth, and is given leave to take with him the 32 men from the ASSISTANCE mentioned in the enclosed list. You are directed to have waggons provided for carrying their clothes and necessaries from the Thames to Portsmouth and that on their arrival there the usual conduct money be paid to them.
