In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to send us an account of the names of all ships and vessels sent to Cadiz with stores for the fleet in the Mediterranean since Admiral Russell was ordered to stay there, at what time and under what convoy. Also, the names of ships now to go to Cadiz with stores and where they are at present and in what readiness for sailing.
