Your letter of 26 January advised that the Volunteers entered aboard His Majesty's ships at Plymouth should be paid the bounty money pursuant to His Majesty's late proclamation. You are directed to imprest money to the Clerk of the Cheque there and to give orders to Commissioner Greenhill to pay them as you propose.
