In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Countermanding previous instructions concerning victualling the GERMOON Prize at Plymouth and restricting her supply to one month only; and instructing that when she returns to duty after leaving Portsmouth following cleaning she is to be similarly restricted to one month supply only of victuals. And complaining of a lack of reports from the Commissioners for Victualling concerning the movement of ships carrying supplies to the Mediterranean Fleet and noting that several ships did not join the last convoy leaving Plymouth; and requiring that copies of Orders issued by the Commissioners for Victualling be sent to the Admiralty.
