In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Shipping has been assembled at Plymouth for transporting men to New York. Their Captains have delayed sailing through recruiting extra men to complete their complements. Instructions are given for the extra men to receive victualling allowances equal to the rest of their crews - as sanctioned by an Order of the Privy Council.
